These terms apply to your use of saunalistings.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by SF Digital Media LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Listings and information
The Site is a directory. Listings are compiled from public sources and from businesses themselves, and are provided for general information only. Hours, prices, amenities and availability change, so always confirm details with the business before you go. Ratings shown are Google ratings, not ours. A listing is not an endorsement, and we're not responsible for the services, safety or conduct of any business listed.
Health
Saunas, cold plunges and contrast therapy aren't right for everyone. Nothing on the Site is medical advice. Talk to a doctor if you're pregnant, have a heart condition or other health concerns, and follow each business's safety rules.
Guides and cost estimates
Our guides give general information and cite their sources. Cost figures are planning ranges, not quotes, and permit and electrical rules vary by location. Check with your local building department and a licensed electrician before starting a project.
Quote requests and builders
When you request a quote, we pass your request to local sauna builders as described in ourPrivacy Policy. Builders are independent businesses, not our agents. Any agreement for work is between you and the builder, and we're not responsible for their quotes, work or conduct.
Business owners and submissions
If you claim or update a listing, you confirm that you're authorized to act for that business and that what you submit is accurate. If you send us photos, an owner message or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, edit for length and format, and use it on the Site and in promoting the Site. We may verify, edit, decline or remove any submission or listing at our discretion.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Site: no false claims on businesses you don't represent, no spam or automated submissions, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Site, and no use that breaks the law.
Our content
The Site's design, text, guides, compilation of listings and the SaunaListings name and badge belong to SF Digital Media LLC. Listed businesses may display the "Featured on SaunaListings" badge using the code we provide. Business names and trademarks belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
The Site links to business websites, Google Maps and other sites we don't control and aren't responsible for.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SF Digital Media LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the Site, the information on it, or any business or builder you find through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top when we do, and continued use means you accept the changes.
