Does Planet Fitness have a sauna?
Some locations do, but it isn't a traditional sauna.
Planet Fitness is adding a "Red Light Sauna" at participating clubs as a PF Black Card perk. The company describes it as "the fusion of Red Light and Infrared Sauna into one experience." Some clubs also list a "Polar Dry Plunge." Not every club has them, so check your club's page before you join.
